Been as low as 1800 cals personally. I'm 13 stone 5'7, roughly 12-13% bf.

Wasn't fun but I was losing 3lbs a week.

im loosing around 2 lbs a week
its hard to do i dont like seen my t-shirts getting loose .
doing this natty too thinking on getting some test now

It should be said that you shouldn't aim to lose more than 2lbs of muscle pw if you're natty otherwise you'll probably be losing a lot of muscle along with the fat.
Ideally you'd stick to 1lb pw but that would take much longer.

From my personal experience. Is that ok?

Obviously if you're at a higher bodyfat percentage then you can lose more fat while retaining muscle mass if you're natty. But if you're already fairly lean (10-15%) then I'd bet you'll lose muscle if you drop 3lbs a week.
