      how many lbs do you think i need to loose (i realise this is very difficult to answer) my rough guess was 8-10

      I'm not sure without knowing your current weight, I would say 10 pounds and see if that's where you want to be if not drop another 5. I don't think you would need to lose more than 15 lbs
