      WOOOOO friday Well my friday is almost over as its 8.40pm here, the weekend is upon us however i start my new job tomorrow so its an early for me...

      Worked really hard all week with the fitness so this evening i had my cheat meal and it was pretty yummy and a bowl of ice cream for my friday treat!

      Any thing decent planned for the weekend? Mine consists of work, beach, swimming and shall run

      It's Friday Friday. But I work everyday, so who gives a **** about the weekend weekend.

      Lifting saturday, lifting sunday, that's about it for me, in between eating and sleeping.

      Same! i have worked 5 day and have another 7 days to go before i get ONE day off .. altho living in paradise and earning a decent dola makes it worth while

      just finished todays lift looking forward to getting in my hot tub with a glass of red wine .ok two then .
      have a good week end what ever you are doing

      Yeeeahh buddy!!just got a phone call to say I've got constant work from Monday up until July,when the big job kicks off in Fallmouth....so i don't know whether or not to maybe have a few drinks tonight or treat myself to a jab of sust 250..i feel i deserve some kind of treat.What to do
