Thoughts? I thought 50 pounds would look like a lot more. But I guess it doesn't since it's coming off my whole body not just torso/stomach areas.

Major props on losing the 50lbs! When you start losing weight you wont lose it in a specific area such as the stomach. You will lose it in the face, arms, legs, and else where. Keep on shedding the weight man and your stomach will be gone in no time!

Yea Matt I know, and thanks. I can't believe I let myself get there but I've promised myself I'll never let myself get like that ever again and was really enlightened last summer on how important it is to be physically healthy and active.

Keep it up man, I used to be like you were also. I was 240 lbs, 32%body fat. Are you doing cardio only or are you lifting as well?

Pay attention to your shoulders, arms, and chest. You have lost a lot there and probably more in your stomach than it looks. Visceral fat can be lost without noticing it externally. Hang in there as it will come off. Im still trying to cut my stomach and it seems everything else wants to go but that. But you've already went more than 1/2 way Im sure. Give yourself some credit and dont give up.
