      Ok so today i jabbed in my left quad for the first time, i normally just did right when i was only jabbing once a week but though it would be best to use both now.

      First ever jab i told them i hurt my quad at the gym because i was hobbling around.

      Jabbed today and can feel its a little tender already so thinking the pip is gonna be bad, what do i tell them this time round when they ask why im walking with a limp?

      p.s telling them to f*ck off isn't an option lol
