      i mean i will have adex but im unsure how much they are working as there wc.
      taking 1tab eod to be safe incase of underdosed but to be sure all my wieght is muscle not water could i run winny to dry my joints so i know for sure?

      OP, no not at all, if you run winny it won't 'dry you out for sure' as danny said.

      It will aid in making your muscle harder and denser as its a DHT based compound.

      If you want to drop your water you need to be keeping extremely hydrated throughout the day. 3-4L/day

      IMO winny is crap.... i wouldn't even bother with it.

      Just concentrate on your diet, eat watermelon, celery, asparagus, tomatoes and cabbage are all natural diuretics

      Drink a cup of green tea with every other meal per day

      Abstaining from water is counter-intuitive, as the body is unable to metabolize fat without the presence of water.
