I got my numbers from a website called fatcuda.com Do they look about right. I am 5'6 157lbs. If you can check out my profile and tell me what you think I will rep as well. Thanks!

      Increase protein by 20-30g and decrease CHO...IMHO. What is your TDEE?

      They are sufficient assuming you like to eat that way (i.e. rather carb foods over fat/protein etc)

      Well I understand carbs are important to gain weight or lose it depending how much you take in but wouldn't protein be higher since I want to gain muscle, lean muscle preferrably even though gaining some fat will happen.

      All good.

      CHO = Carbohydrate (Carbon-Hydrogen-Oxygen)

      TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure

      Up protein, decrease the carbs a bit, however i'd probably up the calories themselves a bit higher. 2600 odd seems pretty low, even for a shorter guy who's around 160lbs. If you've done the math and that's what you came up with though, all good..
