      Hand in heart do you eve think you will have VISIBLE ABS.

      Now dont start with "l aim to to be like him / her " blah blah blah.

      HONEST ANSWER WILL YOU OR NOT ?

      I never thought l could acheive them if l am honest till l just started this diet and realised l can actually stick to a diet.

      There is no shame in it BTW, its just a question.

      I think so, once I get my life in check.

      Roll on May 29th, then I have 4 months to bust out workouts away from Uni...which I find hinders massively.

      Am sure it won't be easy though!

      I'm convinced I'll get there. Clean bulking now with a view to cutting in June....and damn it I'm going to have a six pack for the first time in my life.

      Ive started to see the outline of the sides of mine.. but only when i first wake up in the morning... No idea why!

      Yep, had pretty good outlines 6 months ago but got a new job and it all went to sh1t a bit diet and training wise.

      Now doing a 16 week program with Con and he's got me on a completely different diet and training plan which bigger more visible abs are part of.

      And if he can't sort me out I'm fvcked.

      I hav bin doing 30 to 45 mins cardio after training and its paying off notice them starting to pop through.

      only used to do about 20mins a wk b4 so not much.
