      I have about 2-3hours of sex everyday. I'm afraid this interferes with my surplus, as I'm trying to clean bulk. Should they be most carbs/protein? Don't really want any more fat in my diet I'm already getting ~45g

      Sex with yourself probably isn't as intensive.
