      "This could be big! The real Cedric McMillan, the one everyone wants to see will show up at Steve Weinberger’s NY PRO May 19th locked and ready for battle. As of today ( Monday, May 7), he has decided to jump into the show.

      The soft spoken McMillan has been quietly flying under the radar all year long adding size, enhancing
      his shape and readying himself for the 2012 IFBB season. With no dead-certain show in mind McMillan,
      currently tipping the scale at 271 pounds , caved to my convincing that no show outside of the Arnold
      and Olympia are as established and prestigious as the NY pro.

      The busy father-husband-Army guy truly had no show in mind up until 3 weeks ago when he started
      pushing his diet harder and things really started falling into place. Last week I mentioned the NY pro.
      I think he thought I was joking. This week he made the decision to get in. I could have attempted
      scrounge the typical quotes from him, you know the bodybuilder “ I am in the best shape of my life”
      type statements, but I thought the accompanying exclusive photo would fit the bill."

      Wow I remember those pics last year where he lost a lot of weight due to his personal life. Now he's filled that back and more. If he nails the conditioning there's no prettier physique on stage IMO.
