      Thats what my mate said that quads too dangerous glutes a lot better place to do so

      I thought that was like the norm pharma test is virtually pip free due to the quality of raws etc. i have used pharma with no probs

      No thanks mate, too many stories of people not walking for days etc....

      Tried delts as well in the past but back to glutes...

      I always go for high dosage blends to keep the amount of oil down. I'm doing 2ml in each quad ew at the minute, you should have no problems. As for pip it come with the territory you'll get used to it.
