Preload Hawthorne Berry only 4 days - HDrol Cycle

Going on holiday earlier than expected, Is it okay that i've only preloaded my HB for 4 days at 1200mg/day with saw palametto 600mg/day and celery seed extract at 210mg/day and grape seed extract 210mg/day.

Cycle will be HDrol, 50/50/75/75/75 - Running Iron labs cycle protect all the way through with Nolva 20/20/10/10 PCT.

I beleive all the above is to keep the BP down and although HB has a slight increase of BP before the decrease, the saw pala, celery, grape seed should counteract that and make it okay that I only preloaded 4 days - Is this correct?

P.S - I have been getting slight headaches throughout today and yesterday which I beleive is due to the temporary increase in BP due to HB, Correct?

So does that mean im more prone to high BP or something? How can I go about getting my BP measured for peace of mind?

no need to preload saw palmetto, especially as it probably does nothing...

however, without a BP monitor, id wager your BP is probably higher than baseline

get a BP monitor to measure you BP. the british hypertension society has a list of recommended meters on its site

Is the preload critical? Only asking as I've been loading a gram for 4 days, but my PH arrived today and I'm keen to get started, or am I jumping the gun? Sorry for slight hijack

preloading with hawthorn is done because anecdotally it raises your bp first before it lowers, and only when its lowered (roughly 2 weeks) is when you start the AAS
