The only people wearing it nowadays are chavs.

I feel stronger already. I havent even worn one yet. I am expecting big things tonight. Going for 20kg extra on my dead lift simply because the vest tells me I can handle it. If this goes well I may even get a few that say 'HENCH' on them.

I wear it and i'm the furthest from a chav you can get? - Except I actually wear them for training and when I'm not it's not as if I'm trying to impress anyone, just nice and cheap T shirts lol
