right guys doing dbol cycle.... do i need to take arimidex with it? ive planned dbol for 7 weeks..then pct nolvadex for 4 weeks 20mg per day........ DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE ? please ....... yes ive made a few posts and u all moan at me to research more and i have hence why i know the above but u all say research and research even more......this is me researching more thanks

If I were you I would have a quick read on what arimidex does and also what nolva does. They both have very specific jobs and it would answer your question very quickly and you would also learn a bit along the way. I wouldnt say you need to take nolva during cycle unless you notice early signs of gyno. Arimidex should prevent gyno to an extent by reducing the amount of test that aromatises to estrogen.

again, read up on these 2 items and you'll see how they work. you need to understand what and why you're taking something otherwise you risk serious problems

Arimidex: An aromatase inhibitor. This compound prevents (to a degree) the excess testosteronec caused by AAS from being converted into estrogen. The body tries to convert the test to maintain equillibrium.

Nolvadex/Tamoxifen: Prevents the excess estrogen from binding to receptors in the nipples/breasts thus preventing (to a degree) further progression of gynocomastia.

Someone can very likely explain it better than I can. Wikipedia has good info on both and I would recommend you read it. If you are gyno prone it may be worth using nolva throughout the cycle to prevent it coming about in the first place.

It seems to me that you really need to research a lot more before you start your course as you dont seem to know what you are taking and what it does. This is not a good situation to be in.
