      And told them that I was going to do a cycle of steroids. He / my doctor was quite ok about it but informed me not to bother getting bloods done.

      He said there is nothing or any tests you can do to prevent / predict any illnesses or disorders from using aas other than not taking the aas in the first place. He said that all that getting your blood testing will do is determine whether you have illnesses or organ failure including heart. By then it's too late.

      He said also to avoid private clinics who claim to provide sufficient results from blood tests.

      Hmmmm interesting... Thoughts please!!

      So I went to the Docs yesterday..

      bloods before hand let you know what your test lvl ect is, tests after help you know when u have returned to YOUR normal...its not really about the illness in my opinion just making sure your hormone lvls ect stay safe and recover to what they were before the cycle.

      So I went to the Docs yesterday..

      although i agree that it's not going to show whether you're at risk of heart failure etc, it will show your liver enzymes etc and can help you know if you're damaging your liver.

      So I went to the Docs yesterday..

      I getcha, but you can do a testosterone test with your spit. Bit of paper on the tongue. Don't need bloods for that.

      So I went to the Docs yesterday..

      Put it this way. He said only to come see him if I'm in pain or i feel that I want to end my life.
