      As title folks

      Do I warm it in the vial or in the syringe, and how do I do it, how long for etc.

      Help greatly appreciated

      What's the best way to warm oil before injection

      i draw the oil into syringe, i never really heat the oil, just stick in on the window sill for 20-30 mins

      I keep the vials in my pocket for 10-15 mins before i draw

      down the pants for a few mins while i make a cuppa.

      I draw into the syringe and then just hold onto it for a few mins.

      What's the best way to warm oil before injection

      I either rub the vial in my hand for 20 - 30 seconds or run the syringe under warm water for 5 - 10 seconds.
