      Hey guys was at the gym today and got very ****ed off we 1 guy hogging the smith machine for an hour! After his bench press, incline bench, decline bench, shoulder press I asked if I could jump in as his weights wer similar to mine on his rests, fanny went in the huff n blanked me lol, then went on to do upright rows then pull ups! **** thing is hes in there every morning I'm in lol.
      many off you get this? I'm guna walk pass n fart in his face next time he's doing declines

      Why do they only use one machine!!!!!

      use some free weights and stop being a smith machine bummer with him

      na he's being a ****, no manners, if he does it again, just say i need to use this equipment mate you cant use it for a whole hour..

      Why do they only use one machine!!!!!

      I thought this thread was about women and they're obession with the "I want sex, no I don't want sex) machines where you open and close your legs..
      I can't take anyone who uses that machine seriously, and often get worried when I see guys at my gym using it

      Why do they only use one machine!!!!!

      My sis was annoyed yesterday because a guy came over to wait for us to finish. She felt it was 'rude' lol but I said that he probably has a routine and maybe he just needs that last machine before he heads off.

      Ooomoo, let him use that crap, if it's what I think it is, grab the free weights and punish him through progress, if he's in there at the same time as you all day. Alternatively, if you REALLY want to use the machine, then tell him, your gym will most deff. have a 'fair usage' policy, particularly if there's only one machine, so tell him that his twenty minutes are up, or whatever and to trot on......

      I love the smith machine for shoulder pressing, can see why there is a problem with it.

      OP, use my very tactfull but effective method, simply say " if you think l am waiting an hour whilst you fu*k about on here your mistaken now fu*k off and let me do my set "
