Sorry to hear that AK, I get bouts of that myself! I prefer it when I get a few hours solid sleep, say, between 11-4 than when I'm half-awake all night TBH and funny you should mention 'bent over' that's how I left her, lol! Nah! Am ****ting it over this COPD thing, still think it is more likely asthma, I've had it for three years now, following a chest infection, Fvcking Doctors have just got around to giving me a spirometry test, they've been giving me inhaler meds for ages now.

Was it you I spoke to about Nitrazepam AK, if not, forget I mentioned that, don't go down the Benzo route mate. I honestly couldn't recommend any entirely 'safe' drug for sleep. My Mum's hooked on Piriton and my Dad is getting bit of a liking for Zoplicone, they're both too weak drugs for me, I've kinda learned to adapt, it will change, when I get a career again, hows about you mate? What do you think's causing it???

Your body gets used to it at the moment I'm used to lounging around and need 12 hours of lazy cunt time. But I can do months at a time where I'm getting by on 3-4 hours a night and I feel fine, often extremely hyperactive in fact. I'll probably b like this around exam time lol, not out of excitement though....

I've got a multiple choice on thursday lol worth 40% I made the mistake last year of thinking "pfffft multiple choice LOL guess and you'll get 25/100 anyway" but ah was I wrong...
