So im on my first proper cut and I wondered if I was doing it right.
      Currently 6ft 1 and ~ 180lbs. With BF laying around 17/18%.

      Typical day composes of
      breakfast:
4 whole eggs (boiled) with cheese

      300 calories
      ~28g Protein
      < 1 Carbs

      Meal 2 (Post Gym)
      Protein Shake with skimmed Milk

      300 calories
      ~31g protein
      ~15g Carbs

      Meal 3
Seasoned Chicken breast (roasted) with salad

      800 calories
      ~30g protein
      ~15g

      Meal 4
Similar to meal 3 with intakes

      800 calories
      ~30g protein
      ~15g carbs

Daily total intake = 2200 calories, 119g Protein, 45g Carbs
Cardio for 40 minutes at least 3 times a week, lifting 4 times a week about an hour and a half each time.

      Thanks for any feedback

At 6' 1" tall, 180 pounds and ~18% BF you do not carry enough lean body mass to support a cut.

How do your chicken breast with salad have 800 calories and only 30g protein? Aren't 4 eggs = 280 calories? So your cheese = 20 calories?

You need to have a base from which to cut and, from what you indicate, you lack that base.

If you really carry less than 150 pounds of lean body mass on a 6'1" tall frame, then you need to build sufficient muscle mass to allow for a successful cut.

EDIT: Per Manu, posting a picture would help.
