      Some people have them of themselves, some have them of cartoon figures and some dont have any at all..

      When I see a member with out an Avi I question in my head why??? is it because he or she is not happy with there physique, looks or just dont want there pic over the internet? I prefer to see someone's pic, as when your having a bit of banter or a debate with a member, its better to put a face to the person im speaking to....

      I got the Idea of this thread earlier when posting with board member "Readyandwaiting" He doesnt have an avi of himself, so I questioned his body stats! and as it goes he seems to be in good shape.....so not sure why he doesnt have a pic to show the results of his hard work...

      I have an avi of myself because im happy with my appearance, and prefer the other members to see who they debating/posting with.

      My questions are:
      why do you have your avatar?
      Do you prefer to see the other members your posting with?

      Uriel is KING of the avatars.....coz he changes his on a daily basis

      Perhaps he is happy in himself with the work and feels no need to display it to others in a "Look at what I have done" fashion searching for validation.

      My avatar is a nice little double entendre

      I couldn't care less about other peoples Avis really.

      I have to admit, with great shame, that it's only recently, I worked out how to put up an avi! My body, is a work in progress, when I'm happier with it, you'll all be the first to see it!

      No it doesnt matter what we look like at all... even if I wasnt happy with my appearance... I think I would still have one..

      as a good looking chap i dont mind showing my face lol!
      seriously though, i think its strange when people have no avatars. i do love the ones when people black out their face and stuff yet in profile pictures show their face!
