      I had a night out on saturday, got blasted TBF, don't normally drink at all but had mates up here visiting. Once in a while won't do no harm, after all we still gotta have some fun!

      Oh and eat a massive pizza and chicken kebab after too! Good times!

      Cheers for all advice! So the day you go out should you still take the amount you normally take on a regular day? Or skip it?
