      Shagged my back up again at the gym this afternoon. I've been to the doctors he's put me on DF118's and Buprenorphine. Agony isn't the word at the moment.

      Standing shoulder press is a culprit.

      I've gone and done it again.

      Deads mate, I couldn't get back up when it went. He's told me to go to A&E ASAP, I'll go down in the morning.

      Sorry to hear this Nidge. I've had my fair share of back injuries over the years and I can feel your pain mate.

      I've gone and done it again.

      jeez, are back problems common with deads? I've heard quite a few problems over the last few days with guys doing squats on the smith machine.
      Was you wearing a belt nidge?

      I've gone and done it again.

      It's fcukin me off mate, I've just had over a year off due to a back injury which required surgery. I only got the all clear from the surgeon before Christmas. Everything was ticking along nicely to.
