      Check out SNS RK-500. That's your best bet if fat-loss if your goal due to the high dosing. For overall health, use RK-125 (what I use).

      Best bang I have found is SNS RK-500. You can find them here on Nutraplanet for 19.99

      If you are on exogenous hormones I wouldn't exceed 500mg/day. Otherwise, "eat up." They're great for overall health and fat loss.

      Okay i am not what about for my parents they don't really exercise or eat to well but will they be allowed to take them as well ?

      And also I am in good shape how many do you think I should take of the 500mg pills a day? I am trying to loose fat right now for competition? Thanks

      Yes, I recommend RK to people of all ages. Try 1g RK a day for yourself.

      Okay so two pills then and do I take with meals before workout or like at breakfast then one at dinner? Thanks for the help !

      Distance it from your workouts by about 4 hours. I take my first pill 4 hours postworkout (empty stomach or with meal, either) and my final pill before a high fat meal.
