      First pic is 1 year ago when I was 48
      Second pic is 29th Feb - 4 weeks ago - , just before starting my first PH cycle
      3rd pic is last night 3 weeks into my PH cycle at 49

      I'm really pleased with progress so far, lots have lost more and done better but I'm really pleased with progress so far.

      Not opening that can of worms again, lol. Just enjoying my progress and the effects

      I'm really pleased with the changes in 4 weeks, more than the previous 6-8 months
