      I usually run test c or test e at 750mg a week. In anyones experience is it worth moving up to a gram a week will I see any difference in size. I'm 25 6' 225 at about 12-14% bf. Been cycling for 3yrs

      Do you make more noticeable gains on 1g of test?

      Myself I run my test over 1g ew but a lot of people say it a over kill, but I can tell a huge difference in 750mg and 1g maybe it's in my head but if it works I'll keep it up.. But at your age I wouldn't go any higher for now! btw I'm 20yrs older than you if that makes a difference.?.?

      I know a couple pro bodybuilders never do over 750.

      Most of it's in the diet. AAS open the door to where you want the nutrient to go. The main job is to get the nutrients in in the right ratios and from sources that are clean for you. After that is managed you see a big difference. Then tweaking up the dose 20-30% might be more worth it. Just cranking up the dose and/or adding in exotics is useless mostly if you're not giving your body the building blocks to build the fortress.

      When I run just test it's 900mg e5d and there's a big difference in that and 500mg.

      The sweet spot for me is 750. At 1g my body doesnt like it.

      Just eat.. eat a lot and avoid cookies. Cookies are evil.

      Do you make more noticeable gains on 1g of test?

      I could tighten my diet up a bit but my diet is pretty good I get 6-8 meals in depending on the day... I give myself 2 cheat days because if I eat super clean I don't gain... I eat ok but I do cardio to keep the body fat off... I want to hit 250lbs on this bulking cycle but I want to keep the body fat low.
