      I started this school year (August 29) at 6 foot 150 lbs at around at least 15% body fat and as of today I am 175 lbs and roughly 10% body fat, 18 years old. I followed the leangains bulking protocol.

      The Picture titled "a (3)" is the before picture and all others are after photos. I am very pleased with the progress but should have went for more mass rather than trying to stay lean while bulking but I literally ate all I could fit into the 8-hour feeding window. I ate very healthy, never drank pop, never drank alcohol, never missed a workout and never slacked in the gym so I have no regrets. Critiquing is welcome, and actually wanted, to get some more advice on lagging bodyparts that you may notice. The lighting in these "after" photos are to my advantage but it was very similar lighting to my before pics so that should at least show the progress.

      Actually yes I just took some with these they just wouldnt fit in the first post. I'm not going to lie I didn't work legs very hard until the past few weeks, regret not starting sooner.

      thats stellar progress! I was just looking at leangains to cut. Its intermittent fasting yeah? can you post the link you used for your information?

      how was your diet set up? Legs are looking good, definitely lacking compared to your upper body progress though

      Thank you, yes it is intermittent fasting. http://www.leangains.com/2010/04/leangains-guide.html I looked over everything and every link on this page here and eventually picked up all the information I needed to do it myself.       Yes I know :/ But I did the 16 hours fasted from 9 at night to 1 in the afternoon then ate until 9 and so on... Or did you mean what I ate?

      both actually, the times and what exactly you ate. I take it you trained in the mornings then?
