      i think its kind of genetic mate ,all i do is incline seated pulley rows, my biceps do not respond at all,but the bits help a lot that is the first place that they respond to

      Genetics and posture certainly affect how prominent someone’s traps look, but training the whole trapezius matters too. Shrugs mainly emphasise the upper traps, while rows, face pulls, carries, and Y-raises train other parts of the muscle.

      For anyone who trains traps directly, which exercise has made the most noticeable difference - heavy shrugs, carries, rows or something else?
