How Do You Know If You're Really Experiencing a Spiritual Awakening?

I've been on a bit of a personal journey lately and have come across a lot of talk about spiritual awakening. I’m curious, how do you actually know if what you're going through is a real spiritual awakening and not just a phase of personal growth or emotional change?

Are there common signs or feelings that people experience? I’d love to hear from those who’ve been through it or are currently experiencing it. What helped you navigate the process?
