How long does is take to recover from a burn-out?

Noticed it yesterday, had some trouble walking, lots of cramps in legs and fingers. Had a bit of pain in the lower back too, so thought maybe discs pinched nerves, which is why it feels like the legs are disappearing, but think it's actually a burn-out of the nervous system. There has been constant drama and things I have done for about ten years in a row now, I guess it had to come. Never experienced that before, thought something was wrong, I get cramps just combing my hair. If I sit on the PC and listen to music, it becomes too much, so I have to regularly lie on the sofa, otherwise it's just like my legs disappear. Does it take a long time to recover? I read online that it takes 3 months to recover, if the nervous system is exhausted, but it also said one year

Burnout recovery depends on how well you rest and reduce stress. Focus on relaxing, eating well, and staying off your feet when you can. Professional advice might help too.

 

Burnout recovery varies on the person, their physical condition, what type of workout, etc..For me if I do burnout sets of anything I need approx two days, sometimes three to fully recover.

I'm in my early 40's so as I/most people get older recovery times change.
