  • Are there any exercises more suited to woman than men and vice versa

      This is something I have always wondered - are there some exercises which are better suited to men than woman and vice versa?

      An interesting and provocative question especially in this day and age but a one many people ask themselves. I would say some exercises are more suited to men and some are more suited to woman, purely from obvious differences in their bodies, but on the whole I would say nothing is off limits?

      Really interesting question. I think there are no ''men'' or ''women'' exercises. The choice of exercises depends on what result would you like to achieve.

      That wasnt meant to come across as a sexist comment just a general question as to whether the physical difference in male and female bodies does render some exercises more useful than others to the different sexes.

      True, depending upon body structure, it is very important to know what sort of exercises should men and women do.

      As I see it, it all comes down to how an individual (male or female) is bio-mechanical structure, their physical ability to perform an exercise and of course their goals.

      Training a man can be exclusive than a girl however alternatively the physiological systems for each are exactly the same.In fact, there are not any sporting events for guys or exercises for ladies there are simply sporting events.

      I believe there is no such special training for any gender in general, It's up to you what type of body build you wanted to achieve. Yes, men are literally stronger than women, you should pick and choose the proper training meant for your strength and body mass.

      Nope, exercises aren't gender-specific. Everyone can do the same exercises.
