      The subject of ketosis is very interesting for those looking to tone their bodies and reduce fat content. Specifically brought about by a low-carb diet ketosis is the process by which your body converts fat into energy (glucose) because there are insufficient carbohydrates and proteins in your body. The idea of burning fat to create energy as opposed to burning carbohydrates and maintaining your fat content is obviously of interest to those looking to lose weight.

      However, you need to be very careful because the process of ketosis creates ketone levels which impact the acidity of your blood. There are a number of diets out there which depend upon the ketosis process to burn fat and reduce weight but you do need to be careful as it is connected with diabetes and other medical conditions. Take advice and do your own research before undertaking a diet which is primarily structured to activate the ketosis process.

      In theory encouraging ketosis is a great way to lose weight (encouraging the body to convert fat to energy) but you do need to be careful that you don't overdo it.

      I remember my wife tried a similar diet to this a few years ago but the reduction in calorie intake was way too much and she was unwell. She was weak, tired and after a couple of weeks she had to come off the diet. Be careful!

      Be careful. As I said, done correctly this process can work wonders for fat loss.

      The process is medically proven but you need to be careful you don't cut your calories back too far. It simply encourages the body to burn fat when no more food/fuel is available.

      Your explanation about keto diet is very true and appropriable. Before follow keto diet one should ask experts and start under the guidance of dietician.
