      This BMI Calculator is good. I test my BMI and its 23.4 . Means normal BMI

      Mine is 36.2 which is a lot worse than I ever thought. However, it has prompted me to make changes to my life for the good of my long term health.

      A BMI of 36.2 is not healthy at all - as you get older you may be more prone to health conditions. Glad to see your other thread where you are trying to lose weight and become more healthy.
