      Hi All,

Would it be okay for an 18 year old to take Ashwagandha and Growth Factor 9 supplements on a daily basis?

I've read that Growth Factor 9 affects the HGH levels in the body directly and should be taken 2 hours before breakfast so would it be fine to take two capsules of natural ashwagandha extract at night before bed if I'm taking GF9 capsules before breakfast?

I mean, there will be a lot of hours between swallowing them both, so will I be okay, and would it be safe?, I've also read that ashwagandha affects the HGH levels indirectly.

I've seen alot of people take two supps daily, so should I go for this?

      Thanks.

Does anyone have advice on this - my gut reaction is that it could be dangerous because at 18 your body has not finished developing.

Hmm... You know, on GNC's website it says the you can Take GF9 once you're 18, so its probably safe if the dosage is increased gradually. The same goes for Ashwagandha.

I've also looked into potentially dangerous substances that ashwagandha might react to and cause harm, but none of those are present in GF9, moreover the substances that increased ashwagandha's effect too aren't present in GF9.

So I'm guessing it probably safe?

Personally I would take advice about this but if they are regulated then I presume they have already been extensively tested?

If it has been tested and is regulated then perhaps you are right - however, just be careful.
