      Have you made a New Year resolution? It might be fitness orientated or something else - post you resolutions here and see what everyone else is up to.

      It is also an interesting way to look back and see if you managed to stick to your New Year resolution :)

      I don't believe in NY resolutions (hence didn't make any) - didn't see many people stick to it, hah. I believe in raising standards - that will get you somewhere in the long term :)

      Many people make NY resolutions but failed to maintain it, like me. LOL

      Gym memberships should be falling around now after the New Year rush.....always happens.
