      Going to be using test400 at 500mg pw for 12 weeks should I start my pct at week 14? I've nolva adex and clomid here I was going to use nolva 20,20,10,10 and clomid 100,100,50,50 would this be ok ? Or would I be better swapping the nolva for adex and at what mg ?thanks for any help lads

      use adex on cycle 0.25mgs eod , will keep gyno and bloat at bay .

      clomid and nolva for pct

      adex on cycle.

      I was going to use it at 0.5mg eod and up it if needed (I have a lot of it) I remember reading adex is better then nolva in pct think it might have been from aus

      yeah i have also seen people say that so wait for other opinions mate but adex on cycle and nolva/clomid pct has been used for years to great effect ......

      adex for pct is a newer approach so its up to you really and yeah 0.5mg on cycle is fine just depends how prone to gyno/bloat/estrogen you are really.

      I've a load of nolva so il just stick to that man cheers , I've no idea how I will be with estrogen sides as its my first cycle, pining on Monday and craping my self all ready Ffs lol thanks or the info mate

      Depending on the esters the gear might be a bit high to start your PCT.
      Me personally, I would have some HCG in there at 500iu twice a week to make recovery much easier.

      no problem mate

      were you pinning and what brand ?

      warming the gear prior to injection and then a hot bath after with some gentle massaging will help with any pip ....

      yeah thats another option

      hcg and adex on cycle do aid a faster/better recovery .

      It's test e150mg,c150mg and d100mg man , I thought about hcg but gyno worried me abit

      It's fusion pharma mate I have wild cat test c here to but thought I would try the fusion , hcg could be on my to get list lol going to pin my quads I think
