      Not sure how to embed so if someone would like to would be muchly appreciated! Will copy into OP if so.

      This is a video of a dude who isnt even that big, pretty big and in good shape benching 585 like it is nothing, now I know the first reps aren't full ROM but he does like 10 15 then stops asks how many and does a few full ROM reps which is insane!

      Anyone ever heard of this guy? Pretty bloody impressive strength..

      Impressive. But he let himself down with them half reps. If he did 15 with full ROM (and he probably could have), I'd be way more impressed.

      I was going to ask if it was real, I don't think anyone can do this anyway regardless of strength...

      The bar doesn't bend for one... and it just looks way too easy..

      But then again the weights look bloody real lol

      OK now I feel dumb, I never read the full description...

      Thanks for all the support and positive comments on my video. I'm gonna take the advice of my fans and compete in the world's strongest man next year. I contacted them and they said I would get a "special invitation". The guy who runs it hinted that I might be a little too strong and it would be unfair to the other competitors. So I just won't lift any weights for the next year to level the playing field. Thanks again.

      Safe to say it's fake lol
