      Hello everyone.

I’ve been looking for affordable carbohydrate sources to support my bodybuilding diet, and baked potatoes seem like a good option.

I usually rely on rice and oats, but eating the same foods every day gets boring. I’m wondering whether baked potatoes can provide enough energy for heavy lifting sessions while helping me meet my daily calorie goals.

For those who are experienced with bulking or cutting, how do you include potatoes in your meal plans?

Do you weigh them before or after cooking, and which toppings do you recommend for adding protein without significantly increasing calories? I’d appreciate any practical advice.
