Im just curious to what you all have as your evening until bedtime meals and maybe a few good ideas will come up to replace what you normally have. For me i cut out carbs after 5pm so anything after that ill have maybe an omellete, tin of tuna or makeral and a shake but tbf im getting a bit bored of that, so whats yours?
Your Evening Meals (6pm til Bed) I like quark mixed in with whey powder,extreme nutrition's blueberry cheese cake one is immense mixed with quark.
Your Evening Meals (6pm til Bed) boiled/scrambled eggs peanut butter and veg dips ( celery, carrot) chicken cut into strips grilled then dipped in sauce chilli mince topped with cheese
Your Evening Meals (6pm til Bed) Depends on what night Always have a 1200kcal shake at the gym before closing then it is Monday - Chinese night - usually have beef chow mein x 2, bbq spare ribs, chicken skewers, prawns on toast and egg fried rice. Tuesday - Two large Dominos Pizzas Wednesday - Large mixed grill (30oz) or steak (24oz) at a pub by the missus with sides then some peanut butter on toast after Thursday - Usually eat at home so tend to have 10egg omellete with 300g bacon, mushrooms, onion and cheese with about 1kg of chips Friday - Tends to be a large KFC bucket lately Saturday - Varies Sunday - Varies but is usually a sunday dinner which is something like a chicken, 1.2kg spuds and veg followed by cheesecake or strawberries, icecream and double cream. Prob have 2-3 pints of the black stuff each night too.
