It has been shown that aas are addictive,
any honest bbder will not contest that going clean can be a problem,
      yes aas will kill,
so will cows with calves in the field or ice falling out of loading bays from planes, perhaps more.
We choose what we choose, rather like the moment we cross the road.
Your use of aas must be an educated one,no presumption,
have tests for bloods and shorter courses to live long or
burn it and poss pay the price,
we all know the risks i hope!

This is just ridiculous, what does this article actually provide in terms of conclusive evidence steroid use will cause death? Nothing, it just says a steroid user died, so fvcking what.

We know nothing about pre-existing medical conditions or congenital defects, alcohol or other drug/narcotic consumption, diet or lifestyle, we know nothing of what AAS he actually took, nor how he took them, nor for how long.

Then there's the issue of bunk gear, who knows if some of what the hell he was taking wasn't laced or contaminated with other harmful substances. He put on 4 stone in 12 months according to the article, let me tell you a 4 stone jump in mass over 12 months would require a LOT of gear or a lot of junk food, neither good for your ticker and if there was 1 bunk product in his stack it could have well messed him up. What if he was using stuff such as ECA and Clen? It may even turn out he was using barely anything and that it would be unlikely for AAS to be the cause of death, who knows!?!

There are so many other things that can cause heart issues, there are countless people dropping dead from heart attacks each year and they've never taken steroids in their life.

Please stop posting BS like this, it's a complete joke, this is a completely anecdotal analysis backed up by nothing apart from very vague assumptions.

Sure it makes you think, but really...what can you conclude from this article? We want studies on this stuff, not some stupid news report.

The bottom line is there is no proven link between steroid use and heart problems, there are indicators and signs that ABUSE may mess you up in the long term but using them prudently? Show me the papers.

Maybe I will become a believer if gym goers now start dropping like flies in 10-20 years time, but until that happens, I remain sceptical, for every dumbass abusing these hormones there's plenty more using them carefully and being okay.
