What do you think about it and people who do it?

Not talking about plastic surgery addiction! Only addicts, themselves, are fans of extensive alterations.

LOL you made me spill my water

I'm against cosmetic surgery.. we should all age naturally, unless we want to look like Sylvester Stallones mother who is 90

I'm asking because I have a close friend who wants to get something done. She is pretty already but has the lowest self esteem out of all my friends because of this one thing. She would be more carefree and joyful if she didn't allow it to hold her back.

One could argue she'd need to work on her self-esteem first in case the procedure doesn't work out well, and she would be headed toward depression - that so much shouldn't be dependent on this one thing. Although, doesn't confidence come from self-improvement whether it be physically or one's personality?

So my question is would you harshly judge someone like that? Tbh, it's not anybody else's business.

That's where Megan Fox is headed. ^

I'm not talking about addicts, though.

I don't think there is anything wrong with cosmetic surgery, but think less is more. Definitely don't like the super fake look. I think it looks best when it's done well and not too obvious. Sometimes genetics fail to deliver!
