would you say this gym is well equipt?????? As a gym owner 300kg of plates is nothing!!! You need to be looking at around 2000kgs minimum to start up with. We have 300kg in just 50kg plates and around 3k in other plates and still buy another 400kgs worth every three weeks at the moment. You could literally have two guys train not particulalrly strong and they would use all that weight.
