my cell mate got life for stabbing someone who kicked off his door when him and his girlfriend where sat in the living room and he protected himself, the justice system has no perspective on true self-defence cases mate, 18 year old lad with his life wasted because the jury had there heads up there ****.

all i can say to you is, its nowhere near as bad as people make out, people dont get bummed (unless your into that sort of thing), and Anadrol 50's are the official sponsor of prison gyms.

also mate, utilize the time to make the best of a terrible situation, obviously hit the gym, gain some qualifications, maybe even learn a trade.

before you know it you'll be stepping out the gates and feeling the best feeling on earth, finally appreciating freedom
