Sup brahs. Just wondering why do you weightlift?

      I weightlift for 4 reasons:

      1. Look good for the girls
      2. Because I'm angry and purposeless. My life sucks for more reasons than I can explain, and weightlifting is a way for me *unleash all my hatred and anger towards people and life. Weightlifting gives me a purpose in life and it gives me something to live for. Without it, I would have killed myself by now.*
      3. Because I want to be healthy
      4. Self confidence. I bust my butt eating healthy and training hard, and when i see results, that gives me a confidence in myself that I wouldn't trade for anything. Weightlifting has helped me realized that I control my life, I control my destiny, I'm not a victim, and I have power. **

      So why do y'all weightlift?*

Because it is something that i can control. I'm not doing it for the girls or nothing like that! Just as a personal goal of mine

Mostly to see myself continue to improve. The body is an amazing thing to train and it is yours only. On the side, yes girls help the motivation to work out too.

I want to be as healthy and strong as possible. Considering I'm entering a career in medicine, it's good to be a role model.

Also, I've always been very goal oriented and I get satisfaction out of besting my own performance every single workout.
