Where to fit in traps and rear delt work? I do rear delt on shoulder day, so they can be really worked. Yes they are exercised on some back movements, but so are a lot of muscles. I do see guys though doing one arm rows for the rear delt, but the movement as is wrong and won't hit it hard enough. You need to do a reverse fly type movement to contract the rear delt to hit it properly.
