Either with my back or my shoulders. I'm undecided on this one. It feels natural to fit them in my back workout as I am already working these muscles when I do rows and pulldowns. However this means that they will be tired when I do shoulders 2 days later and also I will be doing 6/7 back exercises and only 3 with shoulders.
