Hi there, I'm 20 years old, 6'1, 79kgs/174lbs, been training for just under a year and have recently (last 3 weeks) got around to sorting my diet out, but I've just started stronglifts 5x5 and would like to slowly start bulking up. I work full time behind a desk so I think my daily kcal maintence is pretty low, (174 x 15 = 2610?) The cutting diet I've been following is (rounded slightly)- Kcals: 2300 Protein: 200 Carbs: 240 Fats: 60 But I'd like to up this to 250kcals over maintence, then gradually to 500kcals over as stronglifts gets harder, here's my diet currently- 07:00 - alpha men multi-vit, porridge, milk, peanut butter, apple juice 10:30 - 1x Whey, banana 12:30 - chicken, brown rice, peas 14:30 - nuts, apple 16:30 - 1x Whey, 5g Creatine (GYM 16:45-17:45) 18:00 - 1x Whey, 5g Creatine 19:30 - Tuna, jacket potato, sweetcorn 21:30 - Greek yogurt, berries 23:00 - 1x Casein protein shake, 200ml semi-skimmed milk What can I change and/or add? TL : DR? What can I add to my diet that will give me more 500-750 more kcals?
