      Hi there, I'm 20 years old, 6'1, 79kgs/174lbs, been training for just under a year and have recently (last 3 weeks) got around to sorting my diet out, but I've just started stronglifts 5x5 and would like to slowly start bulking up.

      I work full time behind a desk so I think my daily kcal maintence is pretty low, (174 x 15 = 2610?)
      The cutting diet I've been following is (rounded slightly)-
      Kcals: 2300
      Protein: 200
      Carbs: 240
      Fats: 60

      But I'd like to up this to 250kcals over maintence, then gradually to 500kcals over as stronglifts gets harder, here's my diet currently-

      07:00 - alpha men multi-vit, porridge, milk, peanut butter, apple juice
      10:30 - 1x Whey, banana
      12:30 - chicken, brown rice, peas
      14:30 - nuts, apple
      16:30 - 1x Whey, 5g Creatine
      (GYM 16:45-17:45)
      18:00 - 1x Whey, 5g Creatine
      19:30 - Tuna, jacket potato, sweetcorn
      21:30 - Greek yogurt, berries
      23:00 - 1x Casein protein shake, 200ml semi-skimmed milk

      What can I change and/or add?
      TL : DR?
      What can I add to my diet that will give me more 500-750 more kcals?

      add some evoo or oats to your protein shakes

      Just add more for example 50g more chicken in one of the meals. Its all very simple.

      And weigh your food so you know exactly what you're getting.

      I would personally add more milk and eggs but many will disagree with this.. Some don't like to go overboard on the "dairy". But eggs are honestly very quick and easy just boil 30 and put them in the fridge, take out 4 and have them with a pint of milk you've got another 600cal meal. Incredibly cheap too..

      What's evoo?

      I bought some instant oats last week from myprotein after seeing how cheap they were! Will start adding a scoop with my shakes, thanks
