      and that 700 calorie diet isnt helping the muscle issue either.

      You're fat bro. Don't go by BMI. You'd probably need to be about 150 to have a flat stomach.

      I'm aiming for 145 and 10% bmi by august 15 bro.
      I do lift weights semi-consistently but once I get down I'm going to focus only on that.

      Cool. I'm not normally mean, but you sounded like you were in denial that you have significantly more to lose so I wanted to give you some tough love.

      WHAT?!?! 5'10'' and weigh 145, that is like all skin and bone, no muscles at all!!! I would not suggest that. Don't follow BMI it is a crappy scale for people who workout, hence the people here. Muscle weighs more than fat.

      i know but im explaining why you look like that, you gonna have to cut alot more due to lack of muscles. Athletic or not

      Not following BMI on that one bro.
      Following body fat percentage.
      Why's it weird if a fat guy goes to 10% then bulks but it's normal if a guy gets a ton of muscle then gets to 10%?

      There is nothing wrong with that. I misunderstood. I thought you wanted to be 145lbs 10% BF as a goal... Not cut down there then bulk up.
