I do most of my eating as quantity over quality (where quality is taste). Protein fluff, greek yogurt/whey sludge, skinless chicken breasts/rice/veggies 4lyfe.

I had a beef sandwich and fries yesterday. Probably ~1,500 calories. I have never been more disappointed with the fullness of a meal. Fries and chips do NOTHING for satiety and I might just stop eating them because I always end up disappointed and I really rarely crave them anyway. For 1,500 calories I'd rather have gotten two beef sandwiches.

I seriously would rather have eaten 1,000 calories of vegetables, chicken, and rice. Seriously. I'd be more full and have 500 calories left for some ice cream or cookies or something.
