      Knew that'd get your attention!

Ok.. have been chatting in protein area about lunches, and eating for a day (14hours out of the house some days) for when I go back to Uni.

Ewen mentioned his wife packs her protein high lunch for work in a cool bag and wondered what everyone else does when they're out and about at work / uni whatever.

So.. what is in your lunch box?

I should say, I'm veggie but promise not to judge you for meat, if you don't judge me for choosing not to eat meat (which includes fish).

      What's in your lunch box?

      600g chicken
      300g sweet potato wedgies
      Forest of Broccoli
2 slices burgens soya and linseed
      Tin of tuna
      Almonds
      2x reflex instant mass
      2 peach pots
      1 banana

I just leave it overnight in fridge and bang it in my bag for the day, I've also got a 6-pack meal bag which has freezing gel in it, pretty handy if it's gonna be in a car in this heat.

      My usual lunches

Before I went low carb, sometimes id simply have a good mixture of beans in a home made salsa instead of meats

Thanks for the pic, just had a look at their site looks a great product and a bit more 'grown up' than the types I use for my daughter.
Starting a list now for lovely things for lunch! lol How long do you find your sweet potato lasts for once you've cooked it? Just wondering if I could freeze some and add it frozen to my bag - so it thaws while keeping stuff cool which would make it stay fresh longer too for the afternoon snack.

Gonna have to find some nuts I like too..
