i want to get bigger but i also want to be stronger as well. i heard that doing all pro's beginner routine will get you bigger but ss will get you a lot stronger. i want to do all pros but my lifting stats are weak, and i want to improve them asap. but for ss i heard that you will get stronger faster but you dont put on much size. should i just bulk with ss and get my stats higher and then move on to all pros after?
